6 HOUR ENDURANCE RACE AT AL AIN RACEWAY

Al Ain Raceway will be running a 6 HOUR ENDURANCE RACE on Friday 27th April 2012.

Open to everyone, after a brief practice and qualifying session, the field of karts will line up on the starting grid for the main event.  Strategy is everything as each team will need to make a number of fuel stops and time their driver changes to perfection to optimise their chances of victory.

It is sure to be a fantastic race and a full grid is expected.  As some of the UAE’s finest drivers do battle, in conjunction with anyone else who thinks they have what it takes, around the exciting Grand Indy Circuit, it’s bound to be exhilarating.

General Information

•   AED 3,000 per team – or only AED 2,500 with "Advance Payment"
•   2 to 6 drivers per team
•   Event is limited to 20 teams
•   All karts are provided
•   Safety equipment is available for hire free of charge
•   Racing experience is NOT essential and Race Licences are NOT required #
•   Drivers must be 16 years of age or over to participate
 
#  We strongly advise that drivers have at least participated in an Arrive and Drive practice session before the event.

Entry Procedure & Payment Information

In order to book your team(s) please call the circuit directly on 03 768 6662 or alternatively e-mail your detailed requirements to sales@alainraceway.com.

Entries MUST include the following in order to be valid:

•   Completed Entry Form
•   Full balance payment of Team Entry (payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm entry)

Please note:

•   Team Entry fees are to be received no later than Saturday 31 March 2012
•   AED 500 discount is available for completed entries received before Wednesday 29 February 2012

1100-1200hrs      Registration and changing
1200-1330hrs      Safety briefings and official practice
1330-1350hrs      Race briefing and outside demonstration
1400-1410hrs      Qualifying
1430-2030hrs      AL AIN RACEWAY 6 HOUR ENDURANCE 2012
2040-2050hrs      Award presentation

The organisers reserve the right to alter the time schedule at any time. Confirmed entrants will be immediately notified of any necessary amendments.
