Hi fellow bikers,

adding up to the safety tips, I recommend all to use ear plugs.  Their job is to save your ears from air noise.
You may not feel the need for it now, but as you get older (ehm ehm) you'll notice you should've used them.

I'm sharing my experience here:

foam ear-plugs :       
wax  ear-plugs :       Good, but may leave some wax in your ears (soft and easy to fit)
Silicon ear-plugs :     Best of all. (a bit hard though)

1. You must not insert the ear-plug in your ear tunnel.
2. Ear plugs can be found in Bike shops + Pharmacies.

Not to forget, a good quality helmet will also help reduce air noise.

Conclusion:  A good helmet + a good ear plug = ultimate solution for your ear.
