I've bugged owners of junked/scrapped motorbikes, until I was threatened with physical harm, ahem!
I’ll try and communicate the exact location to the best of my abilities.
Picture yourself at National Paints roundabout (I presume you are headed from Dubai to Sharjah),
Turn left at the roundabout, you’ll be headed into Sharjah Industrial estate,
You’d need to go straight through 2 roundabouts/ signals,
At the 3 round about you’d need to turn right (J&P round about/ signal, or so I've been told),
Continue straight for about 200 meters and you’d spot “MACRO” super market in Industrial Area 6,
The yard that I mentioned earlier is behind this particular supermarket, directions provided in my earlier post.

I’ve had a look at the resource map and the red dot is close to a particular place has a few HDs etc. on the display, however, the real beauties (in my eyes) are a 1979 Honda GL 1000 and 3 Suzuki GS 1000s from the 80s stacked away inside all unmolested all kosher!
The place that I mentioned previously has a concrete floor, is slightly elevated from the road level with a concrete ramp and boasts a security cabin/ office at the entrance.
I heard the 'Azzan' clearly, so it must be in close proximity to the mosque.
