2012 Dunlop 24 Hours of Dubai, 12-14 Jan

OK lads and lasses the big event of the year is just over a week away.  Taking place on the 12th to 14th of January at the Dubai Autodrome.  Take a wander up for the best free motosport event of the year.  Top quality cars, teams and racing, with only a few people wandering around that think they are VVIP's.  Yes this is the UAE event for Petrolheads and not poseurs.

Not to mention our very own SVDP Racing the Dubai based racing team have entered the 2012 edition of the Dubai 24hr race where they will be racing their BMW 120d. This will be the teams 3rd 24hr race after competing in the Britcar 24hr race at Silverstone in 2010 and the 2011 edition of the Dubai 24hr race. The team and car finished a creditable 34th overall at Silverstone (the teams 1st ever 24hr race) and 2nd in class in the 2011 Dubai 24hr race.

SVDP Racing are in Garage 10a and will be wearing predominantly red polo shorts / shirts and navy blue shorts, except during the night.

Looks like it is the high pressure fuel pump / solenoid valve, a common part in the Middle East......
