This is one of the reasons I prefer the karting track in stead of the big track. All our engines are sealed and although there will always be bla bla bla talks nothing is possible. Also the scrutineers are pretty good in regular checking.

One of you mentioned either to protest or keep quiet. According to the rules you are right but then I see it as an obligation of the organisers to do regular checks. You cannot expect other competitors to be your scrutineers. If they protest it ruins the frienship on and off track. And if they don't in combination with no regular checks some people will cheat, gentlemen sport or not.
