Hi there

Can anyone out there recommend an IT company who'll come in and sort out our bloody VPN system and 'mail to smartphone' problems. If they're good we'll set up a maintenance contract. There are some out there I know are crap but I'll not name names. But who's actually good??

We're a business with 20 people with 'normal' IT requirement - basic email and central server stuff, nothing high tech. But the routine failure of our VPN service means 30% of the time our guys can't pick up their mail when they travel or evenings and weekends.

The company we use now are more 'sh IT support' than 'IT support' and it's driving us up the bloody wall.

Do you actually use them yourselves? The last mob we dealt with were, we were told by others, 'pretty good' but turned out to be anything but.

Sorry to say they both lived up to my normal expectations of so called service based companies throughout the Middle East.

I left a message with unlimited IT and no-one rang me back (but at least it was a human being who answered, not some loathesome automated system), whilst Seven Seas phone simply went unanswered.

Par for the course really, so in one afternoon I was able to cross them off my list of companies I want to deal with.

"NEXT!!"
