Hi,

Does anyone know a small foundry where I can get a couple of simple aluminium castings done.

I will provide the mdf version.

Failing that, does anyone know a place with a cnc mill (only need 3-axis) that would do a small one-off job. I will provide the 3D cad file in whatever format they need.

I have looked into sand casting here before for work.

Not much luck, and the prices were pretty exorbitant, even for a batch of 100-200 items.

You might be better off with the CNC option....

Matt, please email me your file and maybe a few pictures of what you are trying to make and I am sure I can get it done for you!

DXF or IGS file will work just fine.
