40 Mercedes-Benz AMG Cars and 40 Ducati Bikes Salute a Prosperous Nation

On the occasion of the 40th UAE National Day, Gargash Enterprises in partnership with Ducati Dubai, Emirates Motor Sports Federation, RTA, Dubai Police and Dubai Sports Council, organised a parade comprising of 40 Mercedes-Benz AMG cars and 40 Ducati motorcycles on Saturday 26th November in Dubai.  The parade commenced at Al Diyafa, from the iconic UAE Flag mast at the Union building joined by proud Emirati’s and residents in their own National Day Sticker adorned vehicles.  The end point was at The Intercontinental, Dubai Festival City where participants gathered to salute the prosperous nation.

An invite only event, the parade was a roaring success with the crowds joining in to soak in the pride and joy of celebrating 40 years building a global powerhouse recognised and heralded by world leaders. The SLS AMG Roadster, unveiled at the 2011 Dubai Motor Show, led the roaring parade of AMG and Ducati engines.

The Ducati Owners Club of UAE added panache to the 40th National Day Parade. Mercedes-Benz AMG and Ducati are partnered on a global platform for combined marketing activities since 2010 with AMG sponsoring Ducati’s MotoGP team. The two brand leaders also collectively launched the Ducati Diavel earlier this year.
