Dear DOC Member,
first I would like to thank all members who worked actively to start-up the Club the past months. Following the last meeting of the DOC, it was agreed with the members present that the Club would proceed with an election of a Committee. We first would like to call all volunteers to be part of the Club’s Committee to make themselves known and to contact me as soon as possible by email (monica@ducati.ae).

We are looking to fulfil the following roles:
1.   Director/President
2.   Assistant Director
3.   Events coordinator/Activity officer
4.   Head road captain
5.   Club secretary combined with Treasurer

Please let me know by Tuesday 13th December by 6pm the latest which role you wish to fulfil. I will publish a list of the candidates the next day.

Saturday 17th December at 4:30pm in the dealership we will have an election process at 5pm closing at 5:30pm, candidates will be given 5 minutes to introduce themselves and provide an overview of their ideas for the Club. For those of you who are not able to attend the election on Saturday, I will be sending out a form to complete to vote earlier (your vote will be clearly kept confidential in the dealership).

On behalf of the dealership, I would like to invite all DOC members (paid members) to volunteer and take an active part with the Club.
