I’m planning a trip from Hatta to Friday Market on either Friday 17th or Saturday 18th Morning.
The plan is to leave from the petrol station just before Hatta fort Round About at 09.00 in the morning.... (I’m leaving Dubai at approx 08.00 from any convenient location if we want to drive to Hatta as a group)

The route will head north from Hatta through the mountains and wadi's. The total route is some 75 KM and approx 65% will be through wadi’s and mountains. As per the route info we should pass the highest village in the UAE at some 850 Mtr, where they apparently are still growing tobacco (let’s see if they still do). Expect to be at Friday Market at around mid day, and back in Dubai around 13:30 -14:00 (depending on how many stops we make.

Normally, the route should be very doable for the bigger BMW-GS Battle Cruisers, but it will cover some wadi’s that might be impassable due to rain/floods (even for the more nimble bikes). Should this be the case, then detours are to be expected.
As I’m available on both days, I will leave it up to anyone who is interested to determine which day works best.
