As you know Dubai Petrolheads is not a club of any description, it is merely a place for all of us bike, car and motor sport nuts in Dubai to MEET, Chat and Relay Information and notify of other external approved organisation or clubs events.

The UAE has strict laws on clubs and their need for official sanction, this is to regulate and protect any members of a club and meet the needs of Sharia law.

So Dubai Petrolheads will not and does not organise any events, as a club.  However individuals from this Forum may decide to organise a drive or ride-out under there own recognisance.  Any such meetings or events are to be regarded as a private event, with no implied or explicit support from Dubai Petrolheads.

If you should decide to meet up on a private event, then all liability for your and any 3rd parties safety is on yours and yours alone.  Dubai Petrolheads accepts no responsibility for any injuries or damage caused by anyone meeting up through this website.

Sorry if this sounds a bit draconian, however there have been issues of liability raised after incidents associated with other events organised in the UAE.  Above all else, stay safe out there.
