Tim, what you seem to forget is that you and a few other motoring journo types are in a nice position when it comes to driving fancy cars in fancy places and getting paid for the pleasure (in some cases) Being handed keys to motoring 'erotica' to hoon around circuits and roads around the world is not going to happen to one and all (and for good reason too).... 

For some, like Nifty, this may just be a chance to get on a closed road/playground for a bit of fun and get a DVD at the end of it...

Normally it would cost them a pile of cash to go round in circles at one of our local tracks so I suppose this 'freebie' is a bonus... still, would be nice to have a couple of bob in the back pocket for a pie and a pint afterwards tho
